Practice Areas

Fee Policy

Providing affordable legal services that you can not afford to be without!

Sliding Scale | Discounted Billing

Jubilee provides legal counsel and representation for certain basic and routine legal matters for low-income clients on a sliding scale and discounted billing in proportion to their discretionary income.

Subscription Based Legal Service

Subscription based billing is for clients who have regularly recurring legal matters where they require ongoing legal counsel and representation. Clients are able to pay a set amount periodically to cover regular tasks and provides a discounted rate for legal matters which fall outside of the scope of representation of the subscription service.

Contingency Fees

Contingency billing is a results driven fee policy where clients are billed based on the settlement or judgment obtained in their legal matter. Attorney fees are charged to and paid by the opposing party. Contingency fees are not available for all legal matters due to ethics prohibitions.

Flat Fee Billing

Flat fees are calculated by the type of legal matter rather than by the amount of time spent working on your behalf. It is a way that Jubilee is able to ensure top notch service without the inconvenience of uncertain legal fees. Flat fee billing allows clients to know exactly how much you will be charged for legal counsel and representation at the beginning of the attorney-client relationship.

Bundled | Unbundled Billing

Bundled and unbundled billing is a way to maximize legal counsel and representation by focusing on the areas where it is most beneficial for you. This billing plan evaluates the tasks of your legal matter and creates a partnership with the client where some tasks become DIY as a means of reducing your legal bill.

Pro Bono

Under a certain set of circumstances, Jubilee offers clients no or low cost legal counsel and representation. The option of pro bono billing is at the discretion of the law firm based upon the type of matter and the client’s ability or lack thereof to pay for legal services.
